Forskolin is Dr Oz New Diet Plan

Today’s episode of the Dr. Oz show was all about loving our bodies, and Dr. Oz revealed the “Naked Diet Plan” for learning to love your body the way it is, and especially with no clothes on. Some very brave women came on the show to talk about their self-esteem issues with their bodies.

The Naked Diet plan is a three-step plan that helps you feel better about your body both physically and psychologically. Dr. Laura Berman, author of “It’s Not Him, It’s You!” was on the show to help, as well as Lisa Lynn, a metabolism expert, and Samantha Heller – a registered dietician.

The first step of the plan is to get in front of a mirror naked and find three things you like about your body. Make sure you focus on those three things throughout the day. Also choose one thing you don’t like and want to work on, but it’s important to also blur your eyes back a little and take note of your body overall. The overall look is how other people really see you.

Step 2 is to boost your metabolism and ease bloat so you do actually look and feel better.

Lisa Lynn recommends Forskolin to boost your metabolism. It is safe and won’t affect your heart rate.

Drink Banaba Leaf Tea once or twice a day. It lowers blood sugar, and when blood sugar is low our bodies burn fat.

Take two tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar with your meals and eat more pickles. Both help curb sugar cravings and help satisfy your appetite. They also activate genes that burn fat. Yes!

To ease bloating, cut back on sodium which is salt and is in a lot of fast or frozen foods we eat. It’s best to eliminate carbonated drinks and processed foods. Increase fiber in your diet. Beans are high in fiber but can make you bloated, Samantha Heller recommends eating hummus instead. Also take more magnesium. Make sure you’re taking 200 mg supplement of magnesium every day.

Finally, there are three things you must do naked.

1. Check for thick, velvety patches in the armpit area, as that may be a sign of diabetes.

2. Look for itchy bumps on your buttocks, elbows and knees. It may be a sign of gluten intolerance.

3. Look for dry, flaky skin on the knees and elbows. This may be a sign of hypothyroidism.
